III. Minute approval – Michelle Aldridge IV. Treasurer's Report – Stacie Ressler A. Approve bills to be paid/any upcoming items B. Ratify any paid items C. Allow payment of bills within budget from October 24, 2018 - November 28, 2018
V. Principal's Report - Mr. Whitten: PIZA Testing done this year at SHHS, used for ranking schools globally; 52 students chosen randomly to take test; Fall Fest by COFA held today after school; school tours have begun and are very popular. VI. Officer Reports A. Vice Presidence Membership - Suzie Beining: membership close to 300, we are still accepting memberships VII. Committee Reports A. Spirit Wear - Ileana Montalvo - sold at lunch on Fridays in Room 50 B. Lockers - Jennifer Nece - order online C. Reflections - David Lee - Theme is "Heroes Around Me" - Due Date to District is Nov. 1, 2018 so due at school on October 29, 2018 - entries can be dropped off after school in the office. D. Grad Night - Jennifer Nece - registration started in August for event at Disneyland. Date is May 31, 2019. Tickets will be on sale online and at school. All students will need to complete the Waiver and turn it in. Ticket sales may be limited in number this year. E. ASB - Anabella Vidreo and Mehak Jain: Mr. Sunny Hills competition underway - about 20 senior boys participating and they will perform at the showcase on November 8th at 7 pm. ABS raised about $2,900 to support families dealing with cancer to provide food, gas money and funds for treatment. VIII. New Business A. Pathways of Hope - Ivonne Wang: Donation drive will run the weeks of Nov 28ths and December 5th. We are working with ASB on this this year, collections of items of food and toys will happen at school and ASB will do Minute to Win It to raise money. Our school's volunteer day at the facility is December 5th and volunteers are needed. Our colleiton/delivery date of donations is Dec. 6th. IX. Comments/Questions X. Adjournment (9:30 am)
